How we create value
Our value creation process is aimed at maximising the positive impact of our business operations for all our stakeholders.
We use the resources and capital available to us as efficiently as possible, while focusing on making the greatest possible contribution to society. In order to determine the social effects of our actions, we updated the value chain in 2019. Among other things, this has led to the reformulation of our outputs (what our stakeholders notice), outcomes (the long-term value we create), and impacts (key effects on society). The outcomes are formulated in such a way that they represent real value for our stakeholders.
